Lecture-style presentations for invited speakers will be conducted in classroom-style meeting rooms (BS2 and BS3, Level 3, AST), except for the keynote session (Auditorium AST). Each presenter will be introduced by the assigned Session Chair prior to their presentation. Allocated time slots are as below;
Keynote Speaker : 40 minutes total
30 minutes for presentation
10 minutes for Q&A
Invited Speaker : 30 minutes total
20 minutes for presentation
10 minutes for Q&A
Session Chairs will assist in timekeeping using audio cues: one alert at five minutes before time ends, and two alerts at two minutes before time ends.
Presentation Preparation and Delivery
Content : Slides should be clear, concise, and emphasize the key findings and implications. Deeper technical discussions may be continued during break sessions with interested participants.
Arrival : Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your session to introduce yourself to the Session Chair or designated contact person and to upload your presentation file.
Room Setup : A laptop, projector, screen, and clicker/pointer will be provided in each session room.
Presentation File Submission
Format : MS PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) or Adobe PDF.
Upload Instructions : Presenters must upload their files to the designated session room laptop at least 10 minutes before the session begins. Early uploads during coffee or lunch breaks on the same or preceding day are encouraged.
Technical Support : A dedicated volunteer will be available at each room to assist and verify compatibility.
Important Notes on Compatibility
Please ensure that your file uses standard fonts and formatting to avoid rendering issues.
Embedded videos are not officially supported; presenters are advised to test their slides on the session laptop beforehand if video playback is essential.
The poster presentation session for TMP2025 will take place on 5 August 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Multipurpose Hall, AST, UKM. All accepted contributions will be displayed in this dedicated session, and at least one author is expected to be present throughout the session to engage with participants and respond to inquiries. Presenters are required to bring and set up their printed posters (A1 size, portrait orientation) at the venue during morning registration 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM. Display boards and mounting materials will be provided.
Poster Session Schedule

Setup Time: Authors are encourage to set up their posters during registration (8:00 AM - 9:00 AM).
* Posters should remain on display for the entire session. Dismantling can be done after 5:00 PM.

Size: A1 (Portrait orientation only)
Design Flexibility: Authors are given an A1 poster template to include their research work content.

Display & Presentation
Posters must be printed and brought by the authors; no printing will be provided by the organizer.

At least one author should be present during the session to explain and discuss the poster with attendees and evaluators.
Best Practice Tips
Ensure content is legible from at least 1 meter distance. Use large fonts and clear visuals.
Avoid overcrowding text; use bullet points and concise summaries.
Arrange information in logical sequence (top-down or left-right flow).
